About Us
Our 116 properties located in Bayberry Cove provide a peaceful, well maintained condo development close to churches, shopping areas and interstates. It takes a village to run a condo association, in the sense the Board of Directors serves in much the same capacity as a governing body of a small town. Once elected by condo owners, board members work diligently to represent the owners of the condo. The duties of the condo board encompass every aspect of the governance and management of our condominium association. Presently we have five members and are looking for two more individuals who are willing to work together to plan for and to ensure our future.
